Cogito Ergo Sum
I am reticent, because I usually think before I speak. Yet once you get to know me then I warm up.
I grew up with three sisters and one brother in Illinois and migrated to the east coast twenty-five years ago. I have a deeply ironic sense of humor. I'm not into games unless you like doing a crossword puzzle, playing chess, or Scrabble. I like a challenge and I am open to new ideas. I was fortunate to spend nearly a year in England, Germany, and Austria. Words are very important to me as they define how an individual views life. I've dabbled in writing poetry and fiction. If you appreciate Joy Division, The Verve, Schumann, The Lightning Seeds, or Coltrane, then you've already touched my heart. I would love to discuss an interesting novel over dinner, or we could just have a glass of wine watching a movie. I am a complex person with many interesting facets like an uncut diamond.
